Terms of Use

Effective 9 October 2026.

By using this website you accept the terms set out below. They cover the site only; any flight you book is governed by its own charter agreement.

About us

The website and the Jet Card vs Charter service are operated by Charter Jet One. Jet Card vs Charter is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier; we do not own or operate aircraft, and every flight is flown by a certificated carrier that retains operational control of the aircraft.

Information and estimates

Comparisons, hourly ranges, calculator verdicts and spend estimates on this site are general information. They are not offers, recommendations specific to you, or prices for any trip, and the price you are eventually quoted may differ from them.

Quotes, confirmation and booking

A quote becomes binding only once a charter agreement is signed. Before you book, we disclose which operator will fly the trip, and the operating carrier’s details are set out in that agreement. Every flight remains subject to the operator’s confirmation of aircraft, crew, airports and conditions.

Taxes, fees and extras

Quotes show the taxes and fees we can identify when quoting, including the 7.5% federal excise tax on US domestic trips, segment fees and any international charges. Items that can only be known later, for example de-icing or changes you request, are charged as your charter agreement provides.

Cancellations

Cancellation and change terms are those in your charter agreement. Please read them before signing; they differ between operators and between on-demand and empty-leg flights.

Use of this site

You agree to use this site lawfully and only to research and request private flights. Its content, design and photographs are protected, and photographs appear under licence.

Liability

We aim for accuracy but provide the site’s content without warranty of completeness or currency. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its estimates or comparisons, save for any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These website terms, and any claim connected with them, are subject to the laws of the United States and the State of New York.

Updates

We may amend these terms at any time; the version shown here at the time of your visit applies.
