This page explains, question by question, how Jet Card vs Charter treats the information you give us when you request a charter quote.

Who handles my request?

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Jet Card vs Charter.

What information do you collect?

When you use the quote form we receive your name, email address and phone number; the details of your trip, meaning airports, dates, passenger numbers and any notes; and the referrer and campaign tags attached to your visit, which tell us which page or link brought you here.

The form never asks for payment card details, passport numbers or dates of birth. Should you book, the operator may need passenger names for its manifest, which we would request separately.

Why do you need it?

To prepare and send your quote, to arrange the flight with the operator if you decide to go ahead, and, only where you have opted in, to email you occasional offers such as empty legs. Opting out of those emails takes a one-line reply.

Do you share it with anyone?

Only with the operating carrier for your trip and with the service providers that support our quoting and booking work, for example our email and hosting providers, each limited to what that work requires. We do not sell personal information, and we never will.

How long do you keep it?

Only for as long as we need it to deal with your request, arrange and support your trip, and keep the records the law and our accountants require. Once those needs end, we delete it or anonymise it.

What can I ask you to do?

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Simply reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Does this site use cookies?

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used here, and nothing is set beyond what is essential to deliver the pages. The site’s typefaces come from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical information your browser sends with each request.

Is the site intended for children?

No. Our services are for adults arranging travel, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Requests for minors should come from a parent or guardian.

Will this policy change?

If our practices change, we will revise this page and its effective date.
